Made just for you

 Every CockTees item is printed on demand when you order it. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for the wrong size or colour. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

 If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us at cocktees.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to ship anything back.

Lost or undelivered orders

 If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or it hasn't arrived, contact us at cocktees.shop@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
